Trainee Lawyers

We understand that choosing the right firm to train with is difficult. Competition for places is fierce and every firm tells you what a great place they all are to work. Many of us must look and sound exactly the same, but we are not.

Life as a Trainee Solicitor with Davies Arnold Cooper will be a very different experience from that with a firm that takes on more than 50 Trainees, or even one that takes 20. We select a small number of Trainees every year. This means we can be far more flexible in our approach: we will listen to what you want, we will treat you as an individual, and give you a greater say in your training and development. With us there’s more room to shine.  

Unlike many of our competitors, we don't hire large numbers of junior lawyers who have trained with other firms. We prefer to train our own. Read the profiles of a couple of our Trainees to find out more.
