Nick Hine is joining Davies Arnold Cooper's Employment Group as a Partner, based in the firm's London Bouverie Street office. Hine will join the firm on 17 May from Thomas Eggar LLP, where he was Head of its London Employment Team and instrumental in the expansion of their London employment law offering.

His leading UK staffing and real estate private equity firm, Hamilton Bradshaw (HB) has agreed to acquire a significant stake in the highly respected medical recruitment agency specialists DRC Group (DRC Locums and Locumlinx). The transaction includes HB combining with the ongoing DRC management team led by CEO Imraan Ladak. The deal was initiated and led by Tristan Ramus of HB.
