Davies Arnold Cooper invites you to a breakfast seminar on Mediation.
Do you have a construction
dispute? If you do, the first thing you need to decide is whether it should be mediated.
To help you make that decision, our speakers will be answering the following questions:
- Should I mediate rather than adjudicate?
- How should I prepare for the mediation?
- What happens at a mediation?
- What are the top tips for me to succeed at the mediation?
- Do the courts order (or just encourage) mediations?
- What are the consequences of refusing to mediate?
Our speakers have all had extensive exerience of mediating construction disputes.
