KEY APPOINTMENTS TASKED WITH DELIVERING THE OLYMPICS
 
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), the body responsible for letting the majority of contracts for the infrastructure, transport and construction for the Olympics, has named Jack Lemley as chairman and David Higgins as chief executive. Paul Deighton completes the senior recruitment process for the Games with his appointment as chief executive of the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (LOCOG).

Until the ODA is formally established the London Development Agency (LDA) and Transport for London (Tfl) are acting as the 'interim ODA.' We will provide comment on their draft procurement strategy when it is published in 2006.

MEETING WITH JACK LEMLEY, CHAIRMAN OF THE ODA
 
Davies Arnold Cooper is shortly meeting with Jack Lemley, the chairman of the Olympic Delivery Authority to discuss the key issues affecting the construction process for building the Olympic Games.
