Tim is head of the planning team at Davies Arnold Cooper and works on a wide variety of development schemes, predominantly large scale mixed use developments, regeneration and infrastructure projects. He also has particular expertise in environmental issues affecting the development of land, compulsory purchase and compensation matters and has extensive experience of negotiating and concluding planning, highways and related agreements.
