Reena has acted over the last 10 years for institutional investors, property companies and developers. She acts in both the mixed use and commercial sector on acquisition, asset management, refurbishment, development and disposal of shopping centres, industrial estates, retail parks and offices. She also acts for occupiers taking leases of office space keeping her in tune with changing industry practices and market sentiment.

Reena's considerable management experience means she understands the need for careful asset management coupled with a commercial and pro-active approach.

Reena advised a consortium of Irish Investors on the property aspects in relation to their acquisition of the Whitgift Shopping Centre, Croydon. She continues to act on the asset management of the Centre.

Reena is an active member of the BCSC and a keen marketeer.
