Crispin has broad experience in commercial and residential development specialising in the house building industry. He advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of large and complex acquisition/site assembly agreements, sale and development agreements, option agreements, sales to housing associations, conditional contracts and collaboration agreements.

Crispin has particular expertise in handling real estate issues for LPA and Fixed-Charge receivers and other insolvency-related experience. He also has experience in multi-million pound investment portfolios, landlord and tenant advice, property recovery/receivership and corporate support.

Crispin spent eight years as an Officer in the Royal Navy and four years with GKN Plc on a fast track management development programme. During this time he obtained first hand business experience of running the largest scaffolding branch in GKN with a multi-million pound turnover gaining considerable experience in both the building and property industries.
