Advising on the construction aspects of the development of the Pinnacle which, when complete, will be the City of London's tallest building.

Advising The Community Stadium Limited on a £66m contract for the development of its new Stadium to provide a new home for Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. The stadium, based in the Falmer district of the City, will be ready for the 2011 season.

Advising Crest Nicholson Developments on a mixed-use development with the Portsmouth Naval Dockyard Trust incorporating 569 residential units and a 22-storey tower constructed around a multi-storey carpark.
