We advise on the sale and purchase of hotels and hotel businesses, new hotel developments, funding, hotel leases and management contracts. Our clients include purchasers and investors, developers, banks and funders, and operators.

Our team also advises on future operational issues for hotel businesses, whether to be run through a leasing structure or through separating out the operational side of the business from the ownership of the underlying property asset by way of a management contract.

Our experience

We advised H10 Hotels, a major Spanish operator on a £10m acquisition for a four-star, 200-bedroom hotel in Waterloo Road, London SE1.

We advised on the acquisition of a site for private residential villas and a 5* hotel with in Valldemossa, Mallorca

We advised I/S EjendomsInvest on the acquisition of six Park Inn Hotels from Jefferson Hotels Limited Liability Partnership in a deal worth £95m.

We acted for City Road Investments Limited, a newly formed company, in connection with developing the Grade II Listed Lowndes House on City Road London EC1 as a 395 bedroom Travelodge. Subsequently we acted for the company on financing the development.

We acted for Jersey Waterfront Hotel Holding Limited in relation to its new 195 bedroom international four star hotel and conference centre development on the St Helier Waterfront.
