We pride ourselves on being proactive and providing pragmatic, cost effective advice and solutions. We keep abreast of changing market practices and sentiment, which enables us to offer effective compromises in negotiations and speed up completions.

Our experience

We advise BAE Systems Pension Funds on the management and lettings of properties comprised in its multi-billion pound pension fund portfolio.

We advise Whitgift Trust on all management issues and initiatives relating to the Whitgift Shopping Centre in Croydon, comprising over 1m sq feet of offices and retail.

We advise Arab Investments on its £1 billon UK portfolio.
