Our experience

We are advising an investment vehicle sponsored by Arab Investments on the high profile development of the 62-storey Pinnacle, Bishopsgate. When complete, the Pinnacle will be the City of London's tallest building. We are advising on the financing, construction, planning and property aspects of the development.

We advise DHL on King's Cross, the largest mixed-use scheme to be built in central London in over 50 years. It is envisaged that there will be as many as 60 new buildings totaling 8 million square feet, over 67 acres; all with an end value in excess of £5 billion.

We work for five of the ten largest residential developers in the UK: Crest Nicholson, Persimmon, Barratt Homes, Galliford Try and Countryside.

We also act for Terrace Hill in relation to their mixed-use development at 129 Witten Road, Victoria.
