Our real estate disputes team has extensive experience in all major real estate areas including retail, development, telecoms and landlord and occupier.

The team advises and assists clients to help them maximise and protect the value of their property assets. In addition to litigation and negotiation, the team uses alternative dispute resolution techniques to achieve their clients' goals as effectively and efficiently as possible.

The real estate disputes team's commercial awareness and understanding of clients' businesses is enhanced by the breadth and depth of experience of the four experienced partners leading the team.

Our experience

We regularly advising significant investors on management disputes, including Warner Estate Holdings, BAE System Pension Schemes, Whitgift Trust and Arab Investments.

We were successful acting for Redevco in a high profile court battle with London's Langham Estate (Mount Cook Land) over plans to redevelop the empty C&A site at 200 Oxford Street.

We acted on Crest Nicholson v McAllister in the Court of Appeal, the leading case on the annexation of the benefit of restrictive covenants.

Our real estate disputes team is recognised in its own right by the legal directories, with two of the four partners noted as leaders in their field.
