| The financial liabilities facing Corporate policyholders that are left “high and dry” when their insurer is declared insolvent will be determined in a test case to be heard on March 3rd 2003. The purpose and restrictions of the Policyholders Protection Act of 1975 will be questioned in the case brought before the Administrative Court. The judgement could potentially expose all Corporates to having to pay their own legal costs for third party claims in place of their insolvent Insurer. | |
