International Labour Organisation
Chris Syder is one of the Confederation of British Industry's UK Employer Representatives at the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) annual conference. For the last three years he has sat on the Application of Labour Standards Committee, which examines the progress made by member countries following ratification of ILO conventions. This year, he participated in the ILO's tri-partite committee examing the ILO's ability to assist its members' efforts to reach its labour objectives in the context of globalisation.
