What we've done:
We recently acted for Anglo Irish Assurance Company and private Irish investors in the acquisition of the one million square foot Whitgift Shopping Centre in Croydon, worth £200m. We continue to act for the new owners in connection with all ongoing management of the centre.
We act for BAE Systems Pension Funds on ongoing management of its office and retail portfolio.
We act for Slough Industrial Estates on lettings of the newly developed industrial estates acquired from Land Securities.
We acted for Jersey Waterfront Developments in connection with a new 195 bedroom international 4 star hotel and conference centre valued at £45m. The hotel will be operated by Radisson SAS on a 20-year management contract.
