Why come to us:
Our planning team can compete with the best. Our team consists of both planning lawyers and planning consultants. This gives us the edge as most of our clients need advice on highly complex deals. They are either developing or selling off old industrial sites, contaminated gas works or government sites. Each usually involves a huge acreage, public enquiries, compulsory purchase and compensation claims.
How we can help:
With backgrounds steeped in local government, our planning team is used to helping clients put together complicated and often politically sensitive development projects. We work closely with colleagues who specialise in environmental issues, residential development, construction and real estate finance. We are used to managing large legal teams but if the advice you require only needs one legal brain – that’s what you get.
What we’ve done:
We can point to a successful outcome on a number of planning projects. Most of our work has been for property developers, in particular, house builders. We also act for private and local authority land owners, highway authorities and the utilities.
