Real Estate

Insurance

Flood risk has been a major stumbling block to development in the Gateway.  Our specialist insurance team is experienced in advising organisations on flood risk and works closely with our planning and environmental lawyers throughout the process.

Our experience

We continue to act for Crest Nicholson on a redevelopment scheme comprising 1,200 homes, commercial and retail development involving highways, infrastructure, affordable housing and education issues including a new junior school.  The scheme received national coverage following a visit by Tony Blair and John Prescott.

We are acting for Tilfen Land Ltd in the redevelopment of land in Thamesmead for 2,000 new homes with provision for commercial floor space, a new hotel, affordable housing, major highway infrastructure, new public transport units, public open space, air quality improvements, healthcare provision and financial contributrions.
