Mergers & acquisitions
We handle all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including both public and private company acquisitions and disposals, flotations, investments, business sales and purchases and shareholder arrangements. Our team advises companies on raising both debt and equity and venture capital providers and banks on the provision of capital and debt.
We regularly advise on corporate structuring, setting up companies, LLPs and joint ventures and regulatory and compliance issues in connection with these areas. We value and rely on continuing client relationships and so provide a very partner driven and hands on service. Recent examples of our work include advising:
· Arab Investments on a £208m acquisition of 33 Grosvenor Place Limited
· Caring Homes Group on a £160m refinancing and restructuring to fund a nationwide acquisition programme

We advise on general company and commercial law matters and legal issues that affect the everyday operation of a business. We provide support to our clients and are experts on many of today's leading issues such as corporate governance and compliance. We have a particular expertise in advising Spanish companies in relation to all aspects of conducting business in England.
