Our injury group provides specialist advice on:

  • Asbestos liability - we have advised companies and insurers on asbestos liability issues for over 30 years
  • Catastrophic injury - our practice includes a dedicated catastophic unit which advises on recovery actions following incidents, defending businesses and insurers in liability claims, and advising on policy coverage issues
  • Employers' liability - we act for insurers and employers facing claims from employees following incidents at work or claims for compensation for diseases contracted during the course of their employment
  • Environmental liability - we advise companies and manufacturers threatened with litigation concerning injury claims from electromagnetic fields agro-chemicals, pollution and toxic mould.
  • Personal injury - we advise insurers and businesses facing claims concerning all types of personal injury claims
