What we've done
We regularly provide advice to our retail clients in connection with their contractual arrangements, their legal and regulatory obligations and in relation to their human resources requirements. Contractual arrangements often include supply chain issues along with licensing and property matters. Legal and regulatory obligations often include Health & Safety investigations and complaints along with product recall and liability issues. Human Resources requirements include HR support advice, TUPE issues, redundancies, disciplinary and grievances and Tribunal claims. We regularly act for our retail clients in relation to their commercial disputes in all forums.
