Insurance Law Reform: milestone and millstone?

Happy Birthday to the Marine Insurance Act.  It will be 100 years old in December 2006 and it still gets around quite well.  Yes, an act written long before commercial air travel, computers, global finance markets, the internet or global warming, still dictates how insurance law is applied and interpreted.  It's time to change.  For more information on Insurance Law Reform please click here.
