Ian is a partner in the private client department. He is experienced in all aspects of both onshore and offshore tax planning, including wills, trust formation and estate administration. He also has experience with the Court of Protection dealing with receiverships and has acted as a receiver for a number of patients of the Court of Protection. He also deals with charity formation and charity advice generally.

Before qualifying as a solicitor Ian was a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has more than 35 years experience in the law.
