Elliot specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction as it applies to UK domestic development.  He acts for Funders, Developers, Contractors and Consultants across a wide range of projects and is familiar with the requirements of all involved in the construction process advising on systems of procurements, all forms of Building Contracts, Appointments, Warranties, Bonds and associated documentation as well as funding and developments agreements and informal dispute resolution.

Elliot leads Davies Arnold Cooper's team on the procurement of all enabling works and building contracts for the Pinnacle as well as several major regeneration and zero carbon schemes.
