Tim is the construction and energy group’s professional support lawyer responsible for the group’s technical training and know how. He is particularly concerned with the implementation of various IT related and other initiatives to assist the group in achieving best practice standards. He is a member of the Society for Construction Law.

Tim has worked in the field of construction law for some 20 years. He has had extensive experience of dispute resolution and contract drafting. He has acted for employers and contractors in private practice and has also worked in-house for one of the country’s largest construction firms. In addition he has been a CEDR accredited mediator and has acted as lead mediator in a number of construction disputes.
