Julia specialises in major construction projects and PFI/PPP schemes.  Julia has acted for employers, authorities, contractors, sub-contractors, fm providers, developers and funders on procurement routes, contracts and their structuring, building contracts, development agreements, standard form project agreements, lease plus agreements, professional appointments, warranties, bonds, novations, parent company guarantees, financing agreements, direct agreements and governance documentation.  

Julia has worked on a large number of projects including Southampton Grouped Schools PFI, London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames Grouped Schools PFI, Oxfordshire Care Homes PFI, Newcastle Libraries PFI,  Manchester Grouped Schools PFI and  6 NHS LIFT projects all through to financial close and Kent Extra Care through to preferred bidder.  She has also recently advised a catering contractor on its sub-contract on 3 existing schemes in the North of England where the original Schools PFI was refinanced.  

Currently Julia is co-advising the employer the Pinnacle (which is to be the tallest building in central London), the redevelopment of office space in Gracechurch and Manchester Street, London and one of the contracors on Hackney's Wave 2 BSF scheme.
