Dana specialises in the resolution of disputes in the construction industry. She has experience advising on bespoke and standard form contracts and claims involving delay and disruption, extension of time, payment disputes, defects and general issues of liability. Her broader commercial expertise covers commercial litigation, corporate and individual insolvency and landlord and tenant disputes.  

Dana qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2002 and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2006.  

Dana joined Davies Arnold Cooper in May 2008 having previously worked in private practice in Australia. Since 2007 she has advised the local authority sector on the resolution of construction disputes in the United Kingdom.
