Danny is the firm’s Senior Partner. Danny specialises in the area of construction, civil and mechanical engineering. Much of the work is in the international sphere involving arbitration and dispute resolution on major projects. He also has wide experience of a variety of insurance matters, advising on all aspects of professional indemnity, contractors all risks and public liability insurance. In addition to extensive litigation and arbitration experience, Danny has undertaken a wide range of non-contentious work domestically and internationally involving drafting and amending construction and engineering contracts and advising on parent company guarantees, performance guarantees and bonds and on-demand bonds. He has advised banks, insurers and other providers of bonds on their form of wording. Danny has lectured and written on all aspects of construction and engineering.

Danny is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
