Mark specialises in construction litigation. He has experience of all forms of domestic dispute resolution and has represented Employers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors in various matters.

Mark also has experience of international litigation having conducted arbitrations under the ICC, UNCITRAL and LCIA rules. He has been part of teams that have worked on large infrastructure projects and various power plants.
