John is experienced in all aspects of commercial property work, with a particular emphasis on commercial investment, lettings and development.  He has acted predominantly for institutional and private funds and investors, property companies and developers, but also for a number of major occupiers.  He has advised on the acquisition, management and disposal of properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors, including mixed use portfolios, distribution warehouses, city centre office developments and retail and leisure schemes. 

Recent transactions have included advising developers and funds on the acquisition and pre-letting of a number of A1 and A3 retail developments.
