Alison is experienced in commercial property management, investment, funding and development.  She has acted on the acquisition and disposal of shopping centres, industrial estates, health care and leisure facilities and office premises working with a broad spectrum of clients from major pension funds, banks and developers to small commercial landlords.  She also acts for both landlords and tenants on the grant of leases.  

With 13 years experience at a senior level in the electronics industry and an MBA in strategic marketing from Warwick University,  Alison combines legal skills and knowledge with commercial realism and a genuine understanding of business needs.  She believes in providing straightforward legal advice in a common sense, down to earth way.
