Andrew deals with all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, leases and related advice. He specialises in landlord and tenant matters and investment work, particularly in the retail sector, but also has some experience of property development and overage agreements.  He has acted for a wide range of clients including institutional landlords, banks, retailers, charities, utilities, public bodies and high net worth individuals.
