Jonathan is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Group advising on commercial litigation and employment law.   

Commercial litigation   

Jonathan advises on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, specialising in large scale commercial disputes. Jonathan has wide experience of all aspects of commercial litigation, in particular, injunctive action, such as freezing and search and seizure orders as well as tracing exercises. He regularly acts in international disputes and has experience of enforcement of judgements worldwide. 

Employment litigation  

He regularly acts for employers and senior executives. Jonathan has particular expertise in dealing with breach of covenant and contract claims in the High Court acting for both employees and employers/directors. Jonathan also has specific experience of advising employers in relation to trade disputes involving trade unions and has a special interest in the legal and commercial aspects of industrial action.   

Jonathan is a Commitee Member of the Commercial Litigators Forum, a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Young Fraud Lawyers Association and is a mentor in BPP Law School's Access to Practice Scheme.
