Christine is an employment law specialist and advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She has particular expertise in advising on executive and Board level issues, TUPE and the employment law aspects of sales and acquisitions. She also works closely with HR departments assisting them on day-to-day employment issues.

Christine is a member of the Butterworth's Employment client know-how Board. She also speaks regularly at internal and external conferences on employment law and has published articles on a variety of employment issues including discrimination, flexible working, bullying and data protection.

Christine is also a qualified mediator and a member of the Employment Lawyer's Association.
