Heidi advises on a range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious.  She undertakes high net worth insurance referral work and has thereby gained experience on all aspects of unfair dismissal, redundancy, disciplinary issues, breach of contract, public interest disclosure and discrimination law.

On the non-contentious side, Heidi provides advice on the drafting of employment documentation including Compromise Agreements, Contracts of Employment and Staff Handbooks.
