Naomi has specialised in Employment Law since qualification in September 2000. Since then Naomi has advised  employers and employees across a wide range of industry sectors,  in particular the Finance and Banking, Media and Advertising and Education sectors.

Naomi is experienced in proceedings in the Employment Tribunal and regularly assists and advises Human Resources Departments with their employment issues, from sensitive disciplinary cases to complex redundancy situations and TUPE  transfers. 

Naomi is a member of the Employment Lawyers'  Association (ELA).
