Victoria advises on a wide range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious.  She has experience of acting for clients in relation to High Court breach of contract litigation and Employment Tribunal claims. 

On the non-contentious side, Victoria provides advice on the drafting of various employment documents including compromise agreements, contracts of employment and a wide range of policies as well advising on termination packages and working with the firm's Company & Commercial team.  

Victoria is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and qualified in October 2003.
