Ricardo Garrido specialises in professional indemnity, product liability and environmental law.  He acts for major national and international insurance and reinsurance companies and regularly advises Lloyd's syndicates as well as insurance brokers.  Ricardo handles both contentious and non-contentious matters and has tribunal experience.

Ricardo has worked on many environmental cases including health hazard and toxic tort.  High profile product liability cases include those involving the automotive industry, explosives, collagen implants and machinery breakdown in Spain, the UK, the US and South America.

Fluent in English, German and Catalan, he lectures at conferences and seminars and prestigious business schools on environmental and product liability.  He is Professor of Environmental Liability at EOI.
