Fiona is a specialist health and safety solicitor. She advises companies on all aspects of health and safety law and defends criminal proceedings by the enforcement agencies including HSE, CPS and Environment Agency. She specialises in occupational health and product liability and has defended clients in group actions brought by claimants resident outside the UK.
Fiona's work has included providing health and safety advice on cases such as the Gerrards Cross Tunnel collapse, the Heathrow Tunnel collapse, the Albright and Wilson Avonmouth explosion, and handling asbestos-related claims for Cape Plc.
