Graham has considerable experience in all aspects of insurance/reinsurance work.  In particular, policy wording and coverage issues.  He has been involved in a number of high profile matters.

His practice comprises arbitration, court litigation and mediation, emphasising working with the client to ensure that a commercial and pragmatic approach to disputes is adopted, with a view where appropriate to achieving an early commercial resolution of the dispute before substantial costs are incurred.

Graham is a regular speaker at in-house, client specific and external lectures (including the Chartered Institute of Insurers) on insurance and reinsurance related topics.  He is also the author of a number of published articles on insurance related legal issues.
