Miguel graduated in law in 1994 and in economic sciences in 1995 at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). Before joining Davies Arnold Cooper, he worked at the in-house legal department of one of the main engineering companies in Spain. He also worked in the litigation department of a bank.

Miguel specialises in professional liability, construction and insurance law. He has wide experience in litigation, having acted in all jurisdictional areas and all types of Tribunals, including the Supreme Court.

Miguel has led important cases in the areas of construction, energy, fire and professional liability. He is a regular professor on the Masters Programme in Building organised by the Superior Centre of Architecture and has lectured on insurance and civil liability. He speaks English fluently.
