Enrique has a PhD in law (Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 1999) and graduated in law (Complutense University of Madrid, June 1994). He specialises in insurance law (industrial risks), competition law, transport law (road transport, aviation and marine) and arbitration. He acts for major national and international companies and regularly advises Lloyd's syndicates as well as insurance brokers.

He is also full professor on International Private Law (Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid) and author of numerous articles on insurance law and international commercial law. Fluent in English, Enrique often speaks at domestic and international seminars and conferences.
