Simon joined Davies Arnold Cooper in October 2007 and is a member of the firm's Dispute Resolution Group.  He works in both Commercial and Insurance Litigation.  He advises clients in commercial, construction, insurance and reinsurance disputes.

Simon has completed his conversion requirements and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales, having originally qualified in New Zealand as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2003.  Simon has experience in general commercial litigation, advising on matters including the enforcement of foreign judgments, construction contracts, debt collection and general commercial disputes.
