Fiona advises on regulatory matters including health and safety, environmental law, trading standards, product liability and recall, asbestos and group actions. She defends criminal proceedings by the enforcement agencies including HSE, CPS and Environmental Agency. She is involved in occupational health and product liability claims and has defended clients in group actions brought by claimants resident outside the UK.
Fiona's work has included providing health and safety advice on cases such as the Gerrards Cross Tunnel collapse, the Heathrow Tunnel collapse, the Albright and Wilson Avonmouth explosion, and handling asbestos-related claims for Cape Plc.
