Michael specialises in defending group actions, product liability and complex personal injury cases.  He has experience of advising companies and their insurers in the defence of employers' and public liability claims, as well as claims in nuisance.

He works on several high-profile group actions and is a key member of Simon Pearl's team acting for one of the major manufacturers in the MMR vaccine litigation. Michael also assists pharmaceutical clients in their day-to-day management issues, encompassing potential litigation, coroners' inquests, product safety issues, and public and professional enquiries.

Michael advises insurers and companies across a wide range of sectors, including the  manufacturing, household, food, retail and motor industries.  He  also represents healthcare professionals in disciplinary tribunal matters.
