Colin is a specialist construction solicitor. He has over 25 years experience in all aspects of construction and engineering from procurement advice and construction contracts to dispute resolution via mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

As well as being a solicitor, Colin is also an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and experienced construction adjudicator registered on the professional panels of the RICS, RIBA, CIArb, TeCSA, CC and the CIC. He is also a member of the Disciplinary Appeals Panel of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as a former member of the Disciplinary Panel of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

He is the immediate past Chairman of the North-West Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a regular speaker and author in the area of construction law and construction adjudication. For a full CV, click here.
