Graham is the Dispute Resolution group's professional support lawyer responsible for supporting the work of the commercial litigation, insurance, injury and employment groups in the firm.  He writes regular insurance and litigation updates, articles and briefing notes and gives seminars on current legal developments.  Graham is responsible for the group's technical training and know how and has a keen interest in the implementation of IT resources to achieve best practice standards.  

Graham practiced as a barrister in London gaining litigation experience in the Court of Appeal, High Court and County Courts before working in a law firm.   He has worked as a litigator in the insurance and reinsurance industry for a number of years and has been involved in many disputes concerning important market issues.  In addition to his court work, Graham has acted for insurers and reinsurers in many domestic and international arbitrations.   Working for a number of companies and syndicates in run-off ,  advising on a wide variety of issues  including  inspections, strategic reinsurance recovery programmes, commutation agreements and APH settlements including where US bankruptcies are involved , Graham has developed an indepth knowledge of discontinued insurance business.
