Gemma joined Davies Arnold Cooper in September 2003 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in September 2005.

Gemma has experience in many areas of property law, including commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant advice, and general sale and purchasing conveyancing matters. She has specialised in residential development acting for major housebuilders.

Gemma has also assisted in producing articles published in Showhouse and Property Week.
