Kulraj joined the firm in 1998 and specialises in insurance litigation. He focuses primarily on high value, complex multi-party issues and employers' and public liability claims.  

Kulraj has worked for many of the country's leading insurers and handles all aspects of insurance and reinsurance claims. Additionally, he has dealt with international claims and regularly assists our Madrid office.

Kulraj successfully completed the Law Society's assessment in advocacy further to their Higher Rights of Audience qualification and regularly appears as an advocate in the Technology and Construction Division of the High Court, Central London County Court, and the Mayor's and City of London County Court. 

More recently, he continues to be involved in one of the biggest fire loss recovery cases of recent times, which is one of the firm's largest cases.  Kulraj also has experience in dealing with product liability, professional indemnity, Contribution Proceedings Act and arbitration cases.

Kulraj has been one of the firm's trainee supervisors for the last four years.
