Mercedes Castillo joined Davies Arnold Cooper as a trainee in September 2005 and qualified in September 2007. She works in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Group of our London office.

Mercedes has a broad experience of dispute resolution and has acted for insurers in complex disputes and also for a variety of clients in commercial litigation matters. She has also advised on claims against accountants and lawyers.

Mercedes is a qualified Spanish lawyer, and has practised law in Madrid. Being bilingual and a qualified lawyer in both Spain and the UK, Mercedes has frequently advised English and Spanish clients in disputes involving both jurisdictions.
