Kenneth specialises in high value complex disputes with an emphasis on insurance, reinsurance, professional indemnity, directors' and officers' liability and financial and political risks, and hi-tech, telecoms and global communications.  He has been heavily involved in Lloyd’s-related professional indemnity disputes as well as disciplinary and regulatory matters.  He has also been involved in a number of high profile matters in Lloyd’s and the London Market including several of the major financial disputes of the last decade and currently he is the principal contact point in London for the firm’s Madrid office.  Kenneth's recent work includes advising underwriters in one of the largest and longest running European D&O cases, Banesto, which has been running since 1993.  He also advises on policy programmes, products and their drafting.

Kenneth has written and lectured extensively on dispute resolution in the insurance and reinsurance market and on market issues, particularly D&O, and has conducted several alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mediations on behalf of clients.

Kenneth graduated from Exeter University and he qualified in 1978.  He joined Davies Arnold Cooper in 1984 from Clyde & Co.  He has been a partner since 1986.  Kenneth is highly regarded in both Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.
